We're making it easier to give your senior pet a little extra care with our senior wellness health checks, which includes a nose-to-tail health check, urinalysis, blood testing, and screening for tick-borne disease and heartworm for dogs.

 

We all want our pets to be comfortable and content as they get older. That’s why we recommend consistent check-ups with your vet and wellness testing for cats and dogs over 7 years of age.

Our senior wellness health checks include:

  • Nose-to-tail Physical Exam and History  
  • Blood tests including liver, kidney, and thyroid disease screening, as well as diabetes and general infections.
  • Urine test 
  • 4DX test (detects heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma) *for dogs only* 
  • Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations  
  • Follow-up care plan

Check If Your Pet is Eligible

  • Pet must be a cat or a dog 7 years of age or over (5 years and older for giant-breed dogs).
  • Pet must be in generally good health. The tests included in our Senior Wellness Package were selected to create a valuable health baseline for senior pets as well as to detect age-related conditions in the early stages.
